The Tiger Grant funding is being used for hundreds of projects designed to make it safer and easier to walk or bike to UTA public transit systems. Cripple Creek is the Quality Control Program Manager and also provides environmental, material and special inspections.
The WATRR project includes the construction of a new wastewater treatment facility for Provo City. Cripple Creek provides the project with material testing and special inspections.
The US89 project consists of widening US89 to three lanes in each direction, the addition of four interchanges and two at-grade crossings. It received UDOT’s project of the year award 2021 and was Utah’s (and one of the nations) first PDB project. Cripple Creek provides quality control support and environmental services.
Cripple Creek has provided many services for Chevron and their contractors . Some of the projects include: Greenfield, Brownfield, Alky Retrofit, Reformer Substation, Tanko Tanks, Analyzer Platform and Oasis.
Throughout the state of Utah, Cripple Creek is responsible for the asbestos inspections, Storm Water Plans and inspections on DOT owned properties.
A brand new Pozzolan plant built from the ground up with Cripple Creek to support in all quality control testing and special inspections, environmental inspections during construction and MSGP setup.
This project was UDOT’s first 3D project for structure design. It replaced three bridges: two on I-80 over UPRR tracks and I-80 at the SR-36 interchange. Cripple Creek provided SWPPP Inspections, Dewatering Services, Quality Control Support and Polyester Overlay Testing.
