Our History
In August of 2018, Sherry Wiscombe (the owner), was approached with an industry need and wasn't afraid to take the plunge. Just like that Cripple Creek was born. Shortly thereafter, Sherry was approached with another industry need that involved Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) commitments which helped push her into getting Cripple Creek DBE certified and ultimately lead to the Federal certifications: Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) and Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business (EDWOSB).
Cripple Creek has truly been blessed with great employees and clients because the word of mouth has been the main contributor to our success. Without great employees we don't have a great service (just wait til' you meet them)! Making sure we take care of our clients, getting to the projects on time, delivering reports and paperwork as required has helped maintain and increase our clientele.
We believe in our team, our abilities and are up for the challenges your project might bring...although we are a small company, "we are mighty" and we keep our commitments!
Our Vision
Cripple Creek’s vision is to continually grow, learn, and assist this ever-changing construction industry that surrounds us and provides a service to us all. No two jobs are alike and because of that we strive to provide a flexible service where we’re not afraid to jump into a new product, learn all about it, get certified, and offer a solution/service that will assist in the successful completion of your project. We want to show that regardless of our smaller size, we’re a strong business partner.

I'm Sherry Wiscombe and I admit, I listen to The Band.
Up On Cripple Creek is obviously a fav and now it's "my baby!" LOL
I am a highly motivated, driven person that enjoys just about everything - but especially seeing, learning and experiencing new things, places and people. I'm grateful to have and be surrounded by such amazing, supportive people and continually look forward to each day and the challenges it may bring!!!
